State of Missouri Health Care Programs (Missouri Department of Social Services)
Includes information on the Missouri Children’s Health Insurance Program, Missouri Healthnet, Medicaid, the Missouri Rx (prescription drug) program and more.
Missouri Care Health Plan
Established by the University of Missouri, the Missouri Care Health Plan is a managed care health plan that serves 18 counties in central Missouri. It provides coverage for all MC+ Managed Care health programs, including MC+ for Kids, MC+ for Pregnant Women and MC+ for Parents in mid-Missouri.
Social Security Disability Starter Kits
The Disability Starter Kit will help you get ready for your disability interview or online application. Kits are available for adults and children under age 18. The kits also provide general information about the disability programs and the decision-making process that can help take some of the mystery out of applying for disability benefits.
Midwest Special Needs Trust (MSNT)
Provides trust services for persons with disabilities. The organization was established as a result of advocacy by parents and professionals who realized that many obstacles hinder planning for the financial future of individuals with disabilities. MSNT administers the charitable trust, and funds of the charitable trust are used to provide assistance to individuals with disabilities who meet eligibility and income criteria.
