The Thompson Center Autism Research Core (ARC) facilitates high impact, multidisciplinary research into the causes, pathophysiology, medical and behavioral aspects, and treatment strategies for autism. The ARC provides a central resource for the storage of and access to data from multiple studies, facilitates research subject recruitment including access to patient populations by basic scientists and other clinical scientists not currently working with large autism populations, and makes research-grade psychometric testing available to research teams gathering new data.

Lead investigators that wish to recruit participants from the Thompson Center or utilize center space are required to complete a research application and provide a copy of the project’s IRB approval notice. Investigators may obtain the research application by emailing the center research core at tcresearch@missouri.edu.
