Pathway to Success: A Transition Resource Event

April 15 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm

This is a FREE transition resource event for families and students impacted by a disability. We encourage families and students of all ages to join us for this event. You will be able to talk with experts and learn about a variety of agencies providing support during the transition process and/or for young adults. Feel free to come and go as needed during the two hour event.
Agencies include, but are not limited to:
Columbia Public Schools, Missouri Parents Act (MPACT), Thompson Center for Autism & Neurodevelopment, Encircle, Woodhaven, Midwest Inclusive Postsecondary Alliance
