The Collaborative Conference is an annual event which is jointly planned and implemented by the Missouri Council of Exceptional Children (MO-CEC), the Missouri Association of School Psychologists (MASP), the Missouri Council of Administrators of Special Education (MO-CASE), and the University of Missouri Thompson Center for Autism and Neurodevelopmental Disorders.  The Missouri Speech-Language and Hearing Association (MSHA) also contributes to the conference.  The intent is to provide an opportunity to learn with colleagues about evidenced-based and high leveraged practices within a multi-tier system of supports which increase the likelihood of positive educational outcomes for all students, particularly those with special needs.  It is targeted to all who are involved with instruction and intervention from pre-K through grade 12, including teachers, special education teachers, related service providers, specialists, coordinators, principals, and district-level administrators.
