- TIPS for Kids held its annual poster session.

- Several Thompson Center researchers traveled to and presented at the International Society for Autism Research (INSAR) conference in Melbourne, Australia.
- The first ACE cohort graduated.
- Postdoctoral fellow Erin Andres was awarded a National Institute of Mental Health F32 grant.

- Dozens of speech-language pathologists came to the Thompson Center for SLP Autism Immersion Day.
- The Spring 2024 edition of the DISCOVERY Research Newsletter was published.

- The final steel beam was placed in the new Thompson Center building structure at a topping out ceremony.
- The Thompson Center hosted Early Childhood Provider Autism Immersion Day.

- The Thompson Center hosted its 18th annual autism conference, a sold-out parent day, record-breaking poster session, and ADOS statewide calibration at the St. Charles Convention Center.
- TIPS for Kids hosted its second annual carnival for family shadowing participants.
October
- Dozens of families trick or treated at the Thompson Center.
- Bill Thompson was inducted to the Mizzou Alumni Association Hall of Fame.
- Mizzou Homecoming Parade committee members went through Autism Friendly Business training and provided a sensory-friendly zone for parade-goers.
- The Fall 2024 edition of the DISCOVERY Research Newsletter was published.
