Professional Development Webinars

The Thompson Center offers more than 30 FREE virtual training opportunities to professionals working with individuals with autism through our Train Experts in Autism for Missouri (TEAM) initiative. Session information as well as registration links can be found at the link above.

Training Experts for Autism in Missouri (TEAM)

Our Train Experts in Autism for Missouri (TEAM) initiative provides FREE training and follow-up support to professionals working with individuals with autism. We develop tailored training plans based on the unique needs of your agency, office or organization so you can structure programs and develop procedures to support individuals with autism.  We offer ongoing support for your specific training plan to meet your group’s needs with research-supported practices.

Autism Conference

This annual professional conference aims to educate and provide support for professionals who work with individuals with autism spectrum disorders, including educators, psychologists, speech/language pathologists, medical professionals, applied behavior analysts, employment specialists, vocational rehabilitation counselors, service coordinators, and advocates.

ADOS-2

The Thompson Center offers both clinical and research trainings on the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule-2 (ADOS-2). All trainings will be conducted by an independent trainer. See below for more information on upcoming trainings.
